Company Profile

The Beginning

There were 383,000 cars in Singapore in 1999, but by 2004, the number jumped to 420,000. The other parts of Asia are also experiencing similar upward trends.

Two Neo brothers, Richard in Singapore,  and Vincent in Canada, observed the activities on the roads in both ends of the world.  The brothers found that in the event of a vehicle breakdown, drivers and passengers are stranded along a road either trying to rectify the breakdowns themselves or waiting for roadside assistance service to arrive.  During the wait, these road users are subjected to risks of accidents along the busy or secluded roads.  Accident data from the DOT of US revealed high accident rates related to roadside breakdowns and tow away crashes.  The brothers saw a common need to eliminate the time being stranded along the road to improve the safety of these road users.

They started to source emergency service accessories in the US and began in 2004 to distribute innovative products such as instant tyre repair kit and compact power jump starters to help drivers get out of the dangerous situations quickly.

A Guarantee of Quality

Products from Ride-On Systems are thoroughly tested for quality and reliability.  Test centers include well established players in the Automotive industry such as TUV, AA, or other DOT approved independent test centers. In addition to warranties given by the dealers, our products are guaranteed directly by factory for manufacturer's defects.

Some of our products are tested and supplied to large fleet owners in Singapore as well as in Asia, such as ports, ambulances, buses, taxis and motorcycle leasing companies.

Launching the Dealer Network

In 2005, we established ourselves as the approved vendor in Carrefour, Singapore —serving as a catalyst for the development of a nationwide network of dealers operating in hyper-marts, DIY outlets, tyre dealers, tyre distributor, and specialist motor vehicles workshops,

Today there are more than 50 Dealers in Singapore.  We are continuing to build our networks across Asia and Middle East.

Product offering is diversified to meet the different needs of customers, and now include breakdown preventive and health related  automotive products.
